I have installed 1.0.2.
I did a backup of existing forms and I have removed these forms from Forms Manager.
I restored the backup but no forms showing up.
When I click on Add Sample Data, the default form is showing up with ID3, still no old forms...

Do you have any idea why?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Could you send me the backup file generated so i can try on my system?

I've noticed the restore backup button errors out but you can get to it from the feedback area.
