Can't reorder fields in the form fields list.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: updateorder() in /home/site1/public_html/administrator/components/com_forme/admin.forme.php on line 1030

Using new 1.5 build on Joomla 1.5. Any ideas?

After I click on any arrows to move a form field up or down, it takes me to the \"Add Form\" screen where it wants me to enter a whole new form(it takes me to a new completely blank form). I hope this bug will be included in your fix as well. Thanks<br><br>Post edited by: mcwc, at: 2008/02/10 19:54

Yay!, another club i can join! Same issues with me.

I just bought this the other day and it has been 1 problem after another.

I also can't re order using up/down arrows, using the sort field returns the error on line 1030, and i'm not sure if i'm the only one but deleting / diactivating a field also doesn't work.

My head hurts.

UPDATE:

I got an email back from support saying that this has now been fixed. So download the new file and everything should work as it should. It still has the same version number 1.0.4 but i can confirm that the issues i was having have been fixed, nice one!. Now i can start styling it...<br><br>Post edited by: Xpresso, at: 2008/02/14 17:10

Hi Alex

I was really happy you were able to fix this, so I downloaded your new update and saved my forms (clever:-). I thought it would be the best/normal thing to uninstall rsform, and reinstall it. But now I get a ton of error messages, including .../administrator/com_forme exists etc. and it won't install. As I can't install, I can't use your support:-) I deleted everything I could find in the DB concerning rsform. Anywhere else I have to delete? Really frustrating :-( Thanks in advance.

Update
I managed to get this update working and reordering as it should. Thanks for the hard work, Alex!
Maybe most of you guys are really experienced, so can I make a suggestion for newbies like me, for dealing with updates?
1. You do not need or should not reinstall.
2. Just use the check update icon. It worked fine for me. I suppose download files should work too.
3. Do not panic. Not like me... Thanks to the forum, sometimes explaining a problem to others, you find your own answer.

Thanks for reading this.<br><br>Post edited by: aphid, at: 2008/02/14 21:09
