I need to have a multi page form. First page only name and email is collected and data submitted and in the next page other details are collected and submitted, but either joined with the first page form data or the second page form data should have name and email populated from the first page.

Basically I wasnt my clients to fill both the forms but if they don't fill the second form, I still have their contact details.

Is it possible? If not is there a way so that I can atleast populate the scond form with the name and email field of the first form when submitted?

I intend to give the Second Form URL as the return URL in First Form..

you could try formatting the form with tabs. there are detailed instructions on this forum on how to do this.
