subject says it all.

I am using rsform 1.0.4 Trial version. before I make my purchase I wanted to test form. I created a contact form. All info is complete in form. When I click submit, I go to nex page that shows all data that is being sent. Immediately, I get my email with the subject completed but the body is blank..... nothing.

I am sending form to both the person who completes the form (as a confirmation) and the receiver/owner of the website. Both sender and receiver are getting the messages but the body is blank.

I can't determine what I am missing.

I did see 1 other thread that had a similar problem, but their solution was not what my problem is.

Please help.

Thanks,

For those with a similar problem I have solved my problem.

In the backend admin, while working with your form, go to the \"email\" tab over to the left and you will notice it is blank. You will need to put the form codes (ie.. {email} {name} {businessname} ) ect.. on the emtpy tab. That email tab is the body of your email that is being sent to you.

Use the codes you created in your fields for this, not the examples I used.

For those who are beating their heads because it seems like each time you have done this the info isn't saved on that tab, don't lose hope. Select the \"text\" option instead of the \"html\". for some reason the html doesn't save. Not sure why, maybe the author could answer this.

Hope that helps.......
