Email Form data FROM:
if anything different than email address (let's say - name) is entered to this field, notification email fails, but data is recorded to db.

Maybe this is connected somehow with unresponsive script issue? i.e both bugs are caused by js?

Hm, no, i think this one is caused by the fact that using the mosMail function without a correct from email address won't work. Solution would be to add a From name field and a From email field.
