In the below dynamic drop-down example, how could I attached a URL to each value? Say I chose 'Audi' and then 'A3', we then need that submit to go to the 'Audi A3' page.

Also, if any value is chosen and if you then choose "Please select a manufacturer" it changes the second dropdown to "Please select a manufacturer" as well, is it possible to have the second dropdown change back to "Please select a model" instead?
