how can it be that if you stand on a form you have the link to then turns module is not the kind you have in store admin

I put it to ID 6 But it does show ID 3 in the module if I'm on a form
can not let himself do to have a form displayed on all sides and if it is a rsform
The administrator has disabled public write access.
