Is it possible to have a form that has the user put in their email address, Name, and a subject. After they hit submit this data will be used to populate the email that is sents From email address, From email name, and the email subject.

This is something that I need too.

Specifically I want a form that allows a user to subscribe to a list. In order to do this they send an email with 'subscribe' in the body and it should appear to come from their email address which they enter in a field in the form called 'email'.

I have tried entering {email} in the 'Email Form data FROM: ' field but it doesn't seem to be being picked up.

I have seen reference made to an RSForm mambot and wondered whether that would help, but I can't see where to download it.

Hi,

It appears that I can do what I want to!
I was making two mistakes, the first of which was to call my field_id 'Email' but use {email} in the 'Email Form data FROM: ' field, i.e it appears to be case dependant.
The second problem was that the list requires an 'Email Mode(Text/HTML):' to be set to Text, the default was HTML.
