Hello, Happy holiday

I just finishing my application forms and the only thing I am getting at my e-mail address is just the notice. I am not receiving the application data. I ask my applicants to give a sample article of their work and I'm not receiving that info at the e-mail address.
All of that information does show at the back end but the sample article data shows in a long narrow column that is difficult to read.
I was assuming that I would receive all of my applicants information and at my e-mail sites.

any help will be very appreciated
