Is there a way to embed a line break <br> at the end of each radio button selection. I tried adding <BR> in the default value area but It ignores them.

The interface generates all the radio button options in one line without line breaks between selections.

Take out the <br>'s. Go into the form editing screen and navigate over to Attributes for the radio group. Change Form Flow from Horizontal to Vertical.

If you want to put spaces in between the selections, the correct syntax is <br/>.
