I just installed tryout version 1.0.4. I am running Excel 2002. When I export the data to a csv file, it dumps it to just one cell. I really want to use this for my site and would definitely buy it, but I need to know that it will make the kinds of reports I need. I have uploaded the file. It's a .csv file, I just put .txt on the end so it would get past the filter.

Hello bkrentler,

if you open the attached file you will notice the codethat is common to all the tryout output. I think i forgot to remove it from the csv export. Please remove it, and try again.

If you still have the problem, open excel, go to Data > Import External Data > Import Data. A wizard will come out. Click next, and choose Tab as delimiter. It should look fine.

Anyhow, now that i remember, i think the tryout is a little outdated. I remember i have modified the export function, and should work now in the full version. please send me an e-mail at alex at rsjoomla dot com and i will give you the unencoded version of the file that you can try out.

I purchased the non-free version, and am still seeing this problem. Is there anything you can do to help?

I can import as a tab delimited list, but would prefer csv, but I guess this is doable... Thank you! Is there a place to download documentation? Such as how to make certain fields wider, etc.?
