A form we're testing is several registered users log in periodically and submit the form, so their Username is logged in the database. Now we're needing a way to pull and separate each user's submissions that they did over time into a front-end table for each user.

Our end goal is say "Bob" submitted the form 5 times, we're needing to pull all of Bob's submissions into a table, or whatever, so we can print out that table to put into Bob's file.
