TOPIC: 403 Forbidden

I did a form field to submit some poker blogs urls. When I try to submit this links (as example):
coisasdopoker.blogspot.com
mais1pokerblog.blogspot.com
www.pokerblog.com
coisasdopoker.bl

I get redirected to a blank page:
403 Forbidden - You do not have permission to access this document.

However when I try to submit url's like:
google.com
www.google.com
blogspot.com
www.rsjoomla.com
coisasdopoker.b

It works fine. This is a Text field. Any thoughts on this?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
