TOPIC: license not working

I have received my license key and have entered it many times but makes no difference to my installation. I don't get the add new fields button. Also cannot get to the support site instead get screen asking me to submit email which I did 2 days ago but no answer yet.

I am using joomla 1.5 with legacy support, is this a compatibility issue if it is I need a refund or updated software.

Hello Jim,

the RSform! 1.0.4 is not compatible with Joomla 1.5. It is for joomla 1.0.x only. The next version will be available for Joomla 1.5 also. Just let me know if you want a refund, no problem on this side.

I need a refund as well cause this does not work I have the same issues.
