Hello. Is it possible to setup up another form that can retrieve data from the first form???

What I am trying to do is have a 'Job Application' page where people can come and add their name and tick off their qualifications. The 4 qualifications I have are Electrical Fitter, Electrical Mechanic, Linesman and Cable Joiner. So if a person is a linesman AND a cable joiner they can check BOTH the boxes and click submit.

What I REALLY want to get working is another form that an employer can log into through the front end. In this form the employer can tick the boxes that he wants to find an employee. So if the employer is looking for a person that is an Electrical Mechanic AND a Cable joiner, he can check those 2 boxes and the results will ONLY show those people that have BOTH those qualifications....does this make sense??? Is it possible?? Thanks

I already helped out a client to do something similar. You can do it with RSform! using the scripts tab. What I'll need from you is to give me links to the 2 forms, and I'll guide you on what script to add in each form.
