TOPIC: not getting the message to designated mail

not getting the message to designated mail 14 years 5 months ago #12097

hello, i have to say that your component is really the best there is around, especially the free version :)

i have a major problem -
instead of getting the message from the contact page, the designated e mail is recieving the user-feedback message instead of the message itself!

this is what im getting:
"You can add the form fields to this message if you enclose them in {}. Example:
Dear {fullname}, thank you for your visit. "

no contact details, no nothing! what am i doing wrong? thanks in advance!

Hello,

The email that is delivered can be easily adjusted from the Components > RSform! > Manage forms > edit a form > Emails.

After you have performed the changes just hit the "apply" button located on the top right.

I assure everyone that there is no bug regarding this issue. RSform! is in use for 3 years and used on literally thousands of websites that do not have this issue.
Please note: my help is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a ticket by clicking here
