Hi, I'm using the RSForm as an order form. I receive email notifications and the form database receives the submissions from local entries, as in people from my country - South Africa.

Problem is I do not receive emails or data submissions from anyone ordering from any other country. Two friends in Australia tested the form for me recently and no email or data came through from them. However, I still need a second opinion.
They're not very web savvy and they weren't directed to the "Thank you" page so I'm hoping they just screwed up the testing and didn't fill in a "required" field.
