TOPIC: Body of form pushed down page far from form title

Body of form pushed down page far from form title 15 years 3 weeks ago #10482

Can someone please tell me how to fix this from happening -- all of my forms have this issue.

The Title of the form is fine, however the body of each form is Waaaaay down the page:

www.acedmagazine.com/win-prizes-mainmenu...d-the-light-giveaway

what might be causing this and how might I fix it? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
