Hello,

Which files would I need to edit to have the users to be able to manage tickets once they have already logged into the backend so that there's no need to login on the frontend again? Can this be done?

Hello,

At the moment you can only manage tickets from the front-end, if you have enough permissions. We will consider adding this feature in one of our future revisions of RStickets!
