Hi,

1. I have a problem with captcha in IE 7, it always sais that I dind't type the captcha correctly. I've even switched off case sensitive option and it didn't help. In Firefox it works. Any solution? I've read FAQ and I have both GD and FreeType libraries enabled.

2. Where can I find sh404sef sef_ext file?

Hello,

1. Please make sure that you have cache disabled on your site, both from Plugin Manager > System Cache and from Global Configuration > System. Also please delete the remaining cache from Tools > Clean Cache.

2. You can download the sh404sef plug-in for RSTickets! from your View My Downloads section from our site.
