TOPIC: Cannot see ticket status

Hi!

after submiting a ticket i cannot see the status of my ticket though it is assigned to other department. in permissions i can select the department but i cannot see the status.

I need help.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of RSTickets! (revision 14). You can refer to this article from the documentation of the component where it is explained how you can update the component:
