Hello,

setting "English" on Language Manager, everything runs correctly.
setting "Italian" on the same, both the message sent to staff and user show the text

{Message}

instead of the appropriate content of the ticket.

Hello,

In order to solve this issue just replace the capital letter with a lowercase one : {Message} -- {message}.
