can you tell me where and how I can change the Date-Format in a Ticket from:

Montag, 14 September 2009 12:05:19 +0200

into this:
Montag, 14.09.2009 12:05 Uhr

???

The date format can be adjusted from the Components > RStickets > Configuration > General area.
