TOPIC: Hiding Message and subject boxes

I don't want to use the the "Message" or "Subject" fields.
How do I hide or delete the message and subject boxes in RSTickets.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Currently these fields have an essential role in the overall functionality of RStickets. In our future revision further flexibility will be added and will enable you to achieve this.
