My head is going around,

Staff member creats a ticket for another Department and does not see it in "My ticket". What is wrong?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

This is most likely due to the fact that you haven't configured properly the permission settings. Please test them having all checked and then gradually uncheck them.

Where are the permissions that need to be checked? I am having the same problem. I just entered a ticket and can't see it, but have seen all the others. Other staff can see some that I can see, but not all.

RSTickets>Groups>(name of group)

All permission settings are granted to necessary persons, but they are still not seeing all the tickets.

Hello,

Please note that tickets are devised into two tabs: Tickets and My Tickets - these will never mix up.

Tickets tab will display the tickets that are unassigned or are assigned to other staff members.

My Tickets tab will display only tickets that belong to the logged in user.

Hello, I just purchased RStickets and have the same problem mentioned in this thread:

a) I have two groups with all the permissions active
b) I have entered a few tickets: some on my own name, some on behalf o others
c) I have some tickets assigned and some not
d) With Tickets> show all tickets I only see ONE ticket that I submitted on behalf of other
e) With My tickets I only see ONE ticket that I submitted on behalf of other
f) All the rest of tickets are missing!:(
