I have also generated fields - but then are the subject and message in the ticket and I can't change the order.

Example:
Additional field
Additional field
Subject
Message

and I want:

Subject
Message
Additional field...


or:
Subject
Additional field
Additional field
Message

I could unfortunately no instructions find and no way to detect - hope it's easy and I have overlooked something!
I hope that this is possible - otherwise this is only limited usable function.

Unfortunately this isn't possible at this moment without source code modifications. The custom fields appear in the order that they are added. In our future revision we will improve this issue and allow reordering of fields.

Unfortunately i can't offer an estimate on when this will be ready. The new version will be announced on our blog and you can also check from update from within your RStickets installation ( Updates tab)

7 Months have gone by and no new release info, can't reorder fields, etc.


I must consider RSTickets development DEAD and use another solution.

The development for RSTickets is not dead. We are currently a rather large update for this component that will include a lot of new features.
