Hi im running a problem on how to assign the ticket to the staff that has seen the unassigned ticket, is there any way i could just make a button so that the staff will be able to take control of the ticket automatically ?

Hello,

The ticket is automatically assigned when the staff member replies to it. If he has enough permissions, he can assign it to himself by choosing his username from the dropdown.
