I am using the trial package

RS Tickets mentions that it has

Ability to add custom fields like: Textbox, Textarea, Select List, Multi-select List, Checkbox, Radio
Make custom fields required /optional

How can i create a custom field ?

Cant see any opportunity to do so in the Custom Configuration setttings

You can do that , by editing a department. In the bottom of the page is the Add a new custom field.

How can you re-order the fields?

Currently it seems like they are ordered alphabetically.

Also is there a way to put new fields before the department? or Email and Name fields after the department?

I also need to know how to reorder these. I added some fields but they don't make sense in the current order.

Unfortunately in the current version you can't rearrange the custom fields. It is best to simply remove and add them in the order that you need. This will be added in our future revision.
