Hello!!
I would like to know how to obtain statistics from RSTickets, i mean, how many tickets a support member had done in a period of time, or which amount of tickets are close, open,... as i'm implementing a help desk ticketing with RS Tickets in my company, my boss also wants statistics for help desk support, to know in a year, month , week or day how many tickets have been done. Any know what module or extension, or RSTickets conf to do this???

I am wondering how to do the same thing. Even if I knew how data was stored in the database maybe I could build a simple crystal report that would work.

Hello,

The reporting tool is almost ready, along with a new RSTickets! release and it will include 6 reports:
* number of the submitted tickets,
* ticket solving time,
* number of replies,
* customer feedback,
* response time
* assigned tickets.

You will be able to filter the results by Time Period, Department, Staff Member, Customer and Priority.

Is this ready? I've updated my RSTickets! and haven't seen it. It is currently in RSTickets! Pro. Did you guys decide to charge more for it instead of just included it in an update of RSTickets? Is it coming?
