Is it possible to change or add the name of the status and the priority?
There isn’t any backend administration of the tickets? The admin ahs to login in the front end to manage the tickets?

Also, is RSTickets using the joomla templete styles or do you have set it up seperatly?

Hello,

The priority and status listings can be adjusted from the component's language file : /components/com_rstickets/lang/english.php ( for example ).

Indeed the ticket administration is only done through the frontend. A backend administration plugin in on our TO DO list but i can't give an estimate on when this will be ready.
