Hello.

When i assign a new ticket to a staff member, is it possible that he will receive an e-mail notification, so he know that he got a ticket to work on?

Regards,

I would really like this also. It's the only thing keeping me from buying it. Thanks.

Under departments it allows users to be notified if a new ticket arrives. But how would we set it so a staff member is emailed once assigned by a department admin. (That way they're not emailed when ticket arrives that is not assigned to them)?
