Often, more than one staff member needs to keep track of a ticket at any given time. There doesn't appear to be a way to CC other team members (or email aliases) in on a ticket. Being able to click on a ticket and say \"Watch this\" is very useful.

Our project manager will take into consideration this feature.

PS: I, for one, really like the idea of several staff members being able to \"subscribe\" to a ticket's discussion.
