I can change and add priority on the lenguaje file, and in other php files, but if i install new version i will overwrita that changes, is there anyway for having custom priority on the backoffice?

I'm guessing that you want to modify the english.php file; unfortunately, along with any update, that file is changed (because we add new language placeholders with every new feature).
