hi,
i used this great component nearly in a live site and it seems to have all someone need expect one thing : why can't user rate ticket before saving ?

I'd be a great future if (as other tickets components) rstickets could let user rate the quality of the answer they had trough the ticket.

Do you plan to make it soon ?

I agree, this would definitely be a great feature for RStickets! It's in our 'to do' list, but I can't say for sure when the new revision will be coming out, since we are focusing all our energy on another new project.
