Hi... I need support please for upgrade my RSTickets, i buy the licensed and i try upgrade the system and show me

Upload failed as /media directory is not writable.

i dont find this directory... please you help me...

Hello,

Use your FTP client to go to your website's root directory. There, you will find the /media/ directory. CHMOD it to 777 so that it's writable. If you still encounter issues, send us a ticket.<br><br>Post edited by: strafe, at: 2008/11/14 20:36
