TOPIC: Custom Fields info display in email?

I have question. Since I've been dedicating much time on the RSTicket.

How would I be able to have my custom fields show up in the email, when a ticket gets submitted?

As it is now, only the Message field appears in the email to both staff and sender.

I would like an option for all fields to be included in the email being sent.

Indeed, showing custom fields in an email is a good feature and will probably be released when the next revision comes out (about 1 or 2 weeks from now), we have it on our to do list.

Just installed the new update with this feature.

\"Ticket Submitter Info\" feature is nice too! Great job!
