Hi there

On the support area of my site, I would like all tickets to be viewable by all staff, no matter which logs in. I don't want the systm to distrubute to only one staffer.

Can this be done?

Hello,

When you define your departments, you need to select "Ticket Assignment Type" as "Static". This way no tickets will be automatically assigned unless a staff member assigns them to himself, manually.
