I need a couple of more status options for a ticket. Also, is there a way to change the email User receives?

Hello,

All messages are found in the lang/ dir. Open english.php and scroll down until you reach the line that reads \"// EMAIL TEMPLATES\". Below that line you will find what you need.

Any suggestions are welcome in the RStickets! Suggestions area.

I would also like to see a way of customising the email templates from the admin area. If we modify the file as you suggests will it be overwritten with upgrades?

Hello,

Unfortunately, the english file will be overwritten since we are constantly adding new features (hence new words that need to be translated in the english.php file). We are discussing about moving the email templates into the database.
