Hi, My friend and we are considering buying rsticket for his website, but we need to create a custom field where a variable is passed thrugh GET, when client opens the ticket form. Let's say a person clicks on a link given on a page..eg. www.website.com/create_ticket?PAGE-ID=45435, the variable PAGE-ID is automatically passed to custom field.

is that feature available in rsticket..?
