Can a RSForm be used to create a RSTicket? 13 years 3 months ago #12608

I have an estimate request form on my website created using RSForms. Is it possible to to have the submission create a RSTicket?

I want to be able to follow up on requests on the site as tickets and for the customer to be able to have a written communication of all correspondence regarding the estimate or order.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

does anyone know? I see when you set up a new form, one of the components you can add is "Support Ticket" but i cant tell what that does or how / if it works with RSTickets Pro????
