TOPIC: Closed tickets are no longer visible to users

Closed tickets are no longer visible to users 13 years 3 months ago #12377

When a ticket is closed, the user is no longer able to view it... so they can no longer view and reference it. Where can I change this so even when closed, the ticket is still visible to the user that created it?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

Closed tickets are not actually deleted - these are simply omitted (by default) from the ticket listing. If you wish to view them simply click on the "Advanced search" link and include closed tickets into the selections.
