in RSTickets Pro Documentation, it says that the system will let the admin "Create custom searches to filter tickets based on your needs, and have the search show up every time you login"

Can you tell me how to create a custom search ? Ideally we would be able to say: "Show me a specific staff members tickets" and they would show up and be able to be clicked on to see the contents right there.

Currently, if I run a report on a staff members tickets all I see is how many in what categories but not actually the content of them.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

After some searching through the documentation i found that answer to my question:

Here is how you create a custom search called a predefined search www.rsjoomla.com/customer-support/docume...efined-searches.html

After you create the predifined search, you can then create a menu item on the USER MENU on the front end of the site. The instructions for doing that are located here: www.rsjoomla.com/customer-support/docume...spro-menu-items.html (scroll down to the SEARCH LAYOUT and PREDIFINED SEARCHES portion of the page).
