TOPIC: Configuration not updating

HI - i turn "use the joomla editor" off for writing messages and turn "captcha off aswell as "show rss tickets pro" in footer - all shows off in my backend , i have saved and all successful, but my front end shows all 3 of these......

please help

Hello,

Please make sure that you have cache disabled on your site from Global Configuration > System and Plugin Manager > System Cache. Also please delete the remaining cache from Tools > Clean Cache.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
