Hi ,

How can i change the format of the tickets currently it like this::> HDW-0000000001 , i want to change it in to this ::> HDW-0001

can anybody help?

Hello,

This can be achieved by modifying the file components>com_rstickets>functions.php. Here you will be able to adjust the ticket code length to another value of your choice.
