JCE editor is visible for users when they submit tickets.
This includes images uploads and system plugins like RokCandy, jComments control, etc.

How do I disable the WYSIWYG in the ticket submission form?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

You can try setting the "Use the Joomla! editor for writing messages" option to No from RSTickets! Pro > Configuration > General. This way the editor will be disabled in the front-end.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
