Hi,

I am using RS tickets and i need to group users into different groups, and create accounts, each account will need to supervise a different group, able to update the tickets of that group and get notifications by email each time a user in that group open or update a ticket.

Is that doable? and how can it be done?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
