TOPIC: Reporting database results

I recently needed to make a pdf of all the tickets on my site. I spent a good quarter of the day opening each ticket and printing the page to a pdf, then compiling them. In this scenario, I lost all of the images in the report. In my opinion, RStickets needs to have some sort of reporting function. If RStickets does not and will not offer this, I will have to look elsewhere for a ticketing solution.

A reporting tool (mostly statistics) will be added in our future revision of RSTickets. From i know of there are some commercial third party reporting tools designed for RSTickets!
