How do I remove the gray border around the entire thing, Tickets, My Tickets, and Submit Ticket.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

You can remove the respective borders by editing the source code of the component, namely "components > com_rstickets > page" and edit the files add_ticket.php, ticket.php and tickets.php .

Also you can edit the CSS from RSTickets! in the folder "components > com_rstickets > css".
