Is there a way to copy a form to another website?

We're using RSFormPro to accept basic employment applications for one of our camps. We'd like to offer the same form on the website for our other camp. Both sites are hosted on the same server and we have RSFormPro subscriptions for both.

I'm hoping it would be as simple as copying a table in SQL.

Is this possible at all?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

You can use the backup/restore option, it will backup the form and the data.
