TOPIC: backup error

we are running an old Joomla 1.0.15 site, with the latest rsformpro.
the update page says:
'RSForm! Pro 1 Domain Membership/Life time: Your version is up to date. No new downloads are available. '

When we go to backup our forms we get following error:

Hello,

If you have the update RSForm!Pro file try running it again,and then try to regenerate the backup.
